Delivery
Delivery within Australia is $20 for postage and handling, all items will be sent via registered post and include insurance. For delivery costs overseas please contact us via the contact form for a quote.
Payment options
Upon placing an order we will issue an invoice which will include cheque, direct bank credit or PayPal payment options.
Refunds & returns
Items must be returned via registered post.
Should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund the total cost of your order excluding postage and handling. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Refunds will not be given for used items. All returns will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of the item.
Please note that refunds cannot be given on custom designed items.
